Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and payment to be received. (Don’t include the day ordered) Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a email along with a tracking number. Your orders tracking activity will become available after 24 hours. After your order is processed and tracking number is issued shipping normally takes about 2-3 days to receive. Please contact United States Postal Service if package is delayed. Orders are not sent out on weekends or holidays. When delivered, it will require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracked package has a discrepancy in the delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. USPS will be contacted immediately to initiate a trace for your package and request an investigation. This investigation can take anywhere between 8-10 business days, remember we cannot control the length of time it may take. If USPS investigation determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent. If the product is returned to us as undeliverable you will be contacted and your package will re-ship at our expense depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
All sales are FINAL, NO refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

HAIR HANDLING
We do construct wig from hair purchased elsewhere. However we don't dye hair we don't know the history on. Also, the closure/ frontal must be new to construct. Hair purchased from elsewhere you must contact us first to check condition of hair .
